Thank you for choosing Prime TCG Distribution. We take great pride in our logistics, ensuring your items are packaged with the ultimate care and delivered securely. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. PROCESSING AND DISPATCH TIMES
- Standard Handling Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Processing Schedule: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public bank holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or waiting on major TCG release day stock, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We ship strictly within the United Kingdom at this time. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order value:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier congestion or seasonal peaks.
3. PACKAGING INTEGRITY AND COLLECTOR GUARANTEE
As collectors and industry professionals ourselves, we understand the importance of condition.
- Premium Protection: We do not drop-ship or skimp on packaging. Every order—whether a single accessory pack or a case of booster boxes—is securely packed using heavy-duty boxes, bubble wrap, or void fill to prevent transit shifting and corner dings.
- All shipments are sent via trusted domestic courier networks with tracking numbers provided automatically upon dispatch.
4. WHOLESALE AND B2B BULK SHIPMENTS
For our trade and commercial retail clients purchasing via wholesale allocation:
- Bulk Freight: Large orders or full case distributions may be palletised or shipped via specialized freight networks depending on volume.
- Delivery Dates: Any delivery dates provided by us or our couriers are good-faith estimates only. Prime TCG Distribution is not liable for any direct or indirect loss of retail revenue or commercial opportunities resulting from carrier or transit delays.
- Inspection Window: Wholesale buyers must thoroughly inspect bulk shipments and report any transit damage or discrepancies to info@primetcgdistribution.com within 48 hours of receipt.
5. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has dispatched containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of generation.
6. DAMAGES AND LOST SHIPMENTS
If you receive your order and the external shipping box is visibly damaged, tampered with, or crushed, please take photos before opening it and contact us immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we will require photographic evidence to investigate with the courier.
