Refund policy
- Sealed Products: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed condition with all factory packaging intact. Once the shrink-wrap, seal, or box tape on a booster box, elite trainer box, or pack is broken, it is completely non-refundable.
- Timeframe: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify you and initiate a return (complying with standard UK distance selling laws for sealed goods).
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and it must be sent via a tracked service (like DPD or Royal Mail Tracked) because you aren't liable for items lost in the post on their way back to you.
