Trading Card Market Clause: Due to the highly volatile nature of the Trading Card Game (TCG) market, product prices can fluctuate rapidly based on supply, demand, and market value. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a Product or Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS, ANTI-TAMPERING & COMMERCIAL RESALE
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.
Sealed Product Integrity: We guarantee that all factory-sealed products (Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, Packs, Blisters) are 100% authentic and untampered with when shipped. To protect the integrity of our inventory for all collectors, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding returns on items where the factory shrink-wrap, seal, or packaging has been broken, cut, or altered in any way.
Wholesale and B2B Accounts: If you are purchasing products via a commercial or wholesale account for the purpose of resale, you agree that: (a) All orders are final upon confirmation and are not subject to standard consumer cooling-off periods; (b) You are solely responsible for checking bulk shipments for damage or shortages within 48 hours of delivery; (c) Any delivery dates provided are estimates only, and we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss of commercial revenue due to transit or carrier delays.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
